1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Interviewbold. By accessing or using our application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Interviewbold provides an AI-powered interview assistant that offers real-time transcription and response suggestions. We offer three tiers of service: a Demo mode, a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) mode, and a Premium Copilot subscription.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any API keys you provide to the service. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The Interviewbold application, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Interviewbold and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Interviewbold.
5. Subscription and Payments
Premium Copilot subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases.
6. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns for our Premium subscriptions.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Interviewbold, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
