1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with Interviewbold. As part of our commitment to high-quality service, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our Premium Copilot service.

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
  • Refunds are processed "no questions asked" during this initial 14-day window.
  • If you are a resident of the European Union, UK, or other regions with mandatory statutory withdrawal rights, those rights will always be respected.

2. Non-Refundable Items

While we strive for maximum flexibility, please note the following:

  • Refund requests made after the 14-day initial window are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • Subsequent renewal payments for ongoing subscriptions are non-refundable; however, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Use the "View receipt" link in your transaction confirmation email.
  • Visit paddle.net to use Paddle's automated refund assistant.
  • Email our support team at support@interviewbold.in with your transaction details.

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of approval.

4. Processing Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop any future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle unless the request meets the 14-day criteria above.
